article text Bonnie Lynne Ellison wrote this week to bring us up to date on what has happened to the members of the FAB Company, the group that had one of the biggest followings on the night scene until it dissolved a couple years ago.
Bonnie, who used to be the "B" of F.A.B., writes: "Frank Bruen has worked for the last three years with a talented musician-vocalist, Jerry Jacobs, calling their duo Canyon. Together they have formed a commercial production company, Canyon Productions, and are now building an eight track demo recording studio that can be used for some finishing work at their home in Bellvue . . . They plan to have the studio ready for use by winter.
RALPH ACHILLES has also become more familiar with recording studios. He released his own album, "Achilles," on the Falls River recording label. Then in September, Achilles hosted his own hour long television special on Channel 2. He is presently performing locally at Joe Neddo’s Mercantile Co. in Littleton, accompanied by Warren Fey on acoustic, electric and steel guitar and Bob Arthur on bass and Fender Rhodes piano. When he's not on stage, Achilles works at the club in a management capacity.
Bonnie has chosen a slightly diffferent direction. She has concentrated on writing original country music while singing country-blues with Judy Eaton and performing with Tecumseh, a bluegrass band. She has continued to sing on both television and radio commercials and also performed on Achilles’ TV special. Bonnie has recently written a book entitled 'Ms, Entertainer,' and is now submitting her manuscript to potential publishers.
